About

The broker behind the file.

A bit about who you'd be working with, and why I do this the way I do.

My story

A little about me

I spent 11 years helping clients with mortgages at one of Canada's largest banks before becoming an independent mortgage broker. I made the move because I wanted the freedom to recommend the mortgage that's best for my clients, not just the products offered by one lender.

I believe a mortgage is more than just a rate. It's a financial tool that should support your goals today and years down the road. My approach is relaxed, honest, and educational. I'll explain your options in plain language, answer your questions, and never pressure you into a decision.

I value long-term relationships over one-time transactions. My goal is to be someone you can call whenever you have questions about your mortgage or your next financial move, whether you're buying your first home, renewing, refinancing, investing, or planning for retirement with a reverse mortgage.

Outside of work, my faith is an important part of my life. It shapes how I treat people: with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others well. At the end of the day, I want every client to feel heard, informed, and confident that they made the right decision for themselves and their family.

How I work

What clients can expect

Communication

Real answers, fast

I respond personally to calls, texts, and emails. No call centre, no hand-offs to someone new partway through your file.

Transparency

No surprise fees

In most cases I'm paid by the lender, not by you. I'll walk you through exactly how that works before you commit to anything.

Network

Lenders, not just banks

Access to Mortgage Architects' full lender network, not a single bank's rate sheet.

Let's see what you qualify for.

No pressure, no obligation. Just a clear picture of your options.
